Become a distributor

Apply to become a distributor

We appoint a limited number of distributors and importers per market. This page tells you exactly what we look at, in what order, and what we need from you. Nothing here is an offer of appointment — appointment terms come only from written authorization.

Eligibility

What we look at before a market review

These are the criteria used to decide whether a market review is worth doing. They are indicative: final requirements for your market are confirmed in writing during evaluation.

  1. A registered trading entity

You are a registered company permitted to import and resell vehicles in your market.

  2. Commercial vehicle sales experience

You already sell trucks, buses, pickups or commercial equipment, or you can show comparable distribution experience.

  3. Demonstrated market coverage

You can describe the territory you actually reach — branch network, dealer relationships or direct fleet customers.

  4. Import and customs capability

You have, or work with, a customs broker and can complete clearing, duties and inland transport in your market.

  5. After-sales and parts plan

You can describe how vehicles will be serviced and how spare parts will be supplied once they are on the road.

  6. Financial and operational capacity

You can fund an import cycle and hold the inventory, premises and staff the volume you propose requires.

Evaluation process

How an application is evaluated

Six steps, in this order. Each one can end the process — that is deliberate, because a market review costs both sides time.

  1. Submit the market enquiry

You send the form on this page. Incomplete enquiries are returned for the missing detail before anything else happens.

  2. Capability review

We review your company, territory, sales capability and after-sales plan against the eligibility criteria above.

  3. Market and territory check

Import requirements and territory availability for your market are checked against the applicable authorization scope.

  4. Scope discussion

If the market is workable, we discuss what the authorization would actually cover — products, territory and responsibilities.

  5. Written authorization

Authorization, if granted, is issued in writing with a named scope. Until that document exists, no appointment exists.

  6. Onboarding and first order

Documentation, configuration confirmation and the first order sequence are prepared together.

What an application is not

Submitting an application starts a review. It does not create a territory reservation, a price commitment or a distribution right.

Document checklist

What to have ready

Not required to send the form, but a market review stalls without them. Requested during evaluation, in the order listed.

  • Company registration and business licence
  • Company profile, including years trading and current activity
  • Commercial vehicle sales record or reference summary
  • Intended territory and coverage plan
  • After-sales and spare parts service plan
  • Import capability summary, including customs broker details
  • Any relevant import licence or permit for your market
Distributor enquiry

Send your market enquiry

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The more precisely you describe your territory and intended duty cycle, the more useful our first reply will be.

The country or countries you would sell into.
Include the country code, for example +234 or +971.
Write "None" if you are new to vehicle distribution.
Which territory you cover, which duty cycle the fleet will run, and the volume you expect in the first year.

Prefer to talk first?

WhatsApp and business email are both monitored. Send your company name, the territory you cover and the vehicle category you are interested in, and we can tell you quickly whether a review is worth starting.
