Export services

What is coordinated, and what is not

An export order is a sequence of steps that either happen in the right order or become expensive. The stages below are the sequence we run. Which stages apply to your order, and on what terms, is confirmed in writing for each order — this page is not a service contract.

Scope

Scope is agreed per order and per destination market. Not every stage applies to every shipment, and a stage being listed here does not mean it is included in your quotation.

Order sequence

Eight stages, in this order

  1. Market and enquiry qualification

We establish what you intend to distribute, in which territory, and to which duty cycle. Vague enquiries are sent back for detail rather than answered with a generic price.

  2. Configuration and availability confirmation

The requested model and configuration are checked against current supply, and you receive a written confirmation of what can actually be offered.

  3. Commercial quotation and contract

Price, quantity, delivery term and payment arrangement are issued in a written quotation and then fixed in a contract. Nothing is binding before that point.

  4. Documentation preparation

Export documentation is prepared for the shipment — typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the Chinese export declaration, with any destination-market document the buyer requires.

  5. Pre-shipment inspection arrangement

Where the buyer or the destination market requires an inspection, we coordinate the arrangement and the timing so it does not delay the booking.

  6. Freight booking and shipping coordination

Vehicle logistics is roll-on/roll-off or container depending on the route. We coordinate the booking with the carrier and keep you informed of the schedule as it firms up.

  7. Destination clearance support

We provide the documentation your customs broker needs and answer their queries. Clearance itself is handled by your broker in your market under your import licence.

  8. Handover and ongoing coordination

Handover is documented at the agreed delivery point. After that, parts and service matters are coordinated with the applicable authorized channel rather than handled locally by us.

Photographs on this site are on-site photographs taken by our team, together with manufacturer model material supplied for reference. CNC V Export is a third-party authorized export partner for Qingling commercial vehicles — it is not the chassis manufacturer and not its representative. Special-purpose bodies are converted in our own refit workshop on Qingling chassis.

Service scope limits

What we do not provide

Stated plainly, because it is the fastest way for both sides to know whether this is the right supplier. If any of these is a requirement for your market, it has to be solved by another party.

Chassis manufacturing

We do not manufacture chassis or complete vehicles, and we cannot change a manufacturer’s chassis specification, option list or build standard. Chassis are manufactured by Qingling; the special-purpose body, equipment and fit-out are converted in our own refit workshop to a specification confirmed in writing.

Warranty administration

Warranty is not administered by us. Any warranty applying to a vehicle comes from the manufacturer or the applicable authorized channel, and its terms are confirmed in writing before order.

Certification and homologation

We do not certify vehicles for your market and do not act as your type-approval or homologation agent. We supply the documents such a process requires.

Guaranteed exclusivity

No exclusive territory is promised on this site or in a first conversation. Exclusivity, where it exists at all, exists only inside a written authorization and only for the scope it names.

Published price lists, MOQs and lead times

These depend on configuration, market and current supply, so they are issued in a written quotation rather than published here. Any figure quoted in conversation is indicative until it is in writing.

Local after-sales service

We do not operate service capacity in destination markets. A distributor is expected to bring or build that capability — it is part of what we assess.

Ask about a specific order

Describe the destination, the volume you have in mind and the vehicle category, and we can tell you which stages apply and what has to be confirmed first.
