Questions we are asked before a market review
These are the questions that decide whether a distributor enquiry goes anywhere. Where an answer depends on your market or your order, it says so instead of giving a figure that would not survive the contract stage.
No. CNC V Export is an independent company that works as an authorized third-party export partner for Qingling commercial vehicles. We do not manufacture chassis or complete vehicles, and we do not act as, or on behalf of, the manufacturer.
What we do build is the special-purpose body: crane, tanker, sprinkler, fire and ambulance conversions are carried out in our own refit workshop on Qingling chassis.
This distinction matters for your own compliance work: chassis identity, marks and manufacturer documentation belong to their owner, and our role in the export transaction is limited to the scope set out in our written authorization.
We do. The chassis is manufactured by Qingling; the body, equipment and fit-out for our crane, tanker, sprinkler, fire and ambulance units are converted in our own refit workshop.
That is the practical difference between buying from us and buying a chassis and a body separately: one specification is agreed in one place, and the conversion is confirmed in writing before production starts.
It means we are appointed in writing to conduct export activity for a defined scope — a product range, a channel and a territory. That written scope is what we can operate within and what you can rely on.
If an enquiry falls outside the scope we hold, we say so rather than accepting an order we cannot legally or practically fulfil.
Exclusivity is not promised on this site and never in a first conversation. Where exclusivity is granted at all, it exists only inside a written authorization, only for the scope that document names, and normally only against agreed performance conditions.
What we can tell you early is whether the territory is currently open for review. The rest is decided during evaluation.
No. Price, minimum quantity and delivery term depend on configuration, destination and current supply, so they are issued in a written quotation for your specific enquiry. A figure mentioned in a conversation is indicative until it appears in writing.
This is not evasiveness: a published number would be wrong for most buyers and impossible to honour for the rest.
After your enquiry, the requested model and configuration are checked against current supply for your market, and you receive the outcome in writing. Only then is a quotation meaningful.
If the exact configuration you asked for is not available, we tell you what is, rather than substituting something else silently.
A typical export shipment involves a commercial invoice, a packing list, a bill of lading, a certificate of origin and the Chinese export declaration. Depending on your market, your bank or your customs broker, further destination-specific documents may be required.
We prepare and supply the export-side documents and ask you early what your broker will need, so nothing is discovered at the port.
Freight is coordinated with carriers and forwarders as part of the export sequence, and vehicles move by roll-on/roll-off or in containers depending on the route.
The delivery term and who is responsible for the goods at each point are fixed in the written contract. We do not quote a standard term in advance, because the right one depends on your route and your broker.
Warranty is not administered by CNC V Export. Any warranty that applies to a vehicle comes from the manufacturer or the applicable authorized channel, and its terms are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
If warranty coverage is decisive for your market, raise it during evaluation so both sides know where responsibility sits before money moves.
Parts supply is planned with the distributor rather than left to develop on its own, and initial parts provisioning is normally discussed alongside the first order.
Availability, lead time and terms for parts are confirmed in writing, and a distributor is expected to hold service capability locally.
Drive configuration depends on the model range and on supply at the time of your enquiry, so it is confirmed in writing along with the rest of the configuration.
Tell us your market’s drive requirement in the enquiry form — it changes which models are worth reviewing for you at all.
Responsibility rests with the importer in the destination market. We do not certify vehicles for your market and we are not your type-approval agent.
What we do is supply the manufacturer-side documents that such a process needs, and coordinate the shipment around the outcome. Experience with your market’s approval route is one of the things we look at in a distributor.
A registered trading entity, commercial vehicle sales experience, demonstrable market coverage, import and customs capability, an after-sales and parts plan, and the financial capacity for the volume you propose.
These are described on the Become a Distributor page, and the final requirements for your market are confirmed in writing during evaluation.
It depends on configuration confirmation, your market’s import requirements, inspection arrangements and the sailing schedule for your route. We give an indicative schedule in writing for each enquiry.
That schedule stays indicative until the booking is confirmed — we would rather revise a plan than promise a date we cannot hold.
Where your market, your buyer or your bank requires a pre-shipment inspection, we coordinate the arrangement with an inspection provider and agree its scope in writing before the booking is fixed.
Documented inspection is also in our interest: it settles questions at origin rather than at the destination port.
Submit the enquiry form on the Become a Distributor page with your company, territory and target vehicle category. If you prefer, send the same information to our WhatsApp number or business email.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a territory reservation or a price commitment — it starts the review described on that page.
Question not covered here?
Send it directly. A specific question about your market usually gets a more useful answer than a general one about terms.
